“New Normal†Bukan Berarti Sudah Normal Studi Kualitatif pada Ibu Rumah Tangga di Desa Sukarejo Kecamatan Simpang Kanan, Kabupaten Aceh Singkil Tahun 2022
Abstract
Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menggali secara lebih dalam semua hal yang terkait dengan ‘Adanya persepsi yang salah mengenai Perilaku “New Normalâ€ibu rumah tangga di Desa Sukarejo Kecamatan Simpang Kanan, Kabupaten Aceh Singkil’. Jenis penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif. Pengumpulan data penelitian dengan wawancara mendalam dan observasi terhadap informan utama yaitu ibu rumah tangga yang tinggal di Desa Sukarejo Kecamatan Simpang Kanan Kabupaten Aceh Singkil dan informan pendukung adalah staff Puskesmas,dan aparat/kepala desa setempat. Metode pengumpulan data dengan tekhnik wawancara mendalam, observasi dan studi dokumen, serta analisa data dilakukan dengan model Miles dan Huberman yakni dengan reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan . Hasil wawancara mendalam dan observasi terhadap informan utama dan pendukung sesuai dengan subfokus penelitian ini ternyata Dalam memahami konsep “New Normal†, ada kesalahan persepsi tentang perilaku “New Normalâ€Â itu sendiri, hal ini terjadi karena tidak tersampaikannya informasi yang akurat tentang bagaimana perilaku “New Normal†. Hal ini mengakibatkan, ibu rumah tangga di Desa Sukarejo Kecamatan Simpang Kanan, Kabupaten Aceh Singkil beranggapan bahwa “New Normalâ€Â adalah kembali pada situasi normal, sama seperti sebelum ada pandemic Covid-19. Usaha meluruskan pemahaman tentang “New Normalâ€Â sudah dilakukan oleh pemerintahan desa, puskesmas juga kader kesehatan yang ada di Desa Sukarejo. Selain itu, selama pandemi virus Covid-19, kita diwajibkan menerapkan kebiasaan baik selama di rumah maupun selama beraktivitas di luar rumah, seperti, memakai masker, mencuci tangan, dilarang berkerumun dan menerapkan social distance (Jaga jarak) manimal 1,5 meter, hingga menjaga pola gaya hidup dan di prioritaskan selama memasuki fase “New Normalâ€

The purpose of this research is to explorein more detail on all matters related to 'There is a misperception of “New Normal†Behaviorâ€housewife atSukarejo Village, Simpang Kanan District, Aceh Singkil Regency.This type of research is a qualitative research. Collecting research data by in-depth interviews and observations of the main informants, namely housewives who live in Sukarejo Village, Simpang Kanan District, Aceh Singkil Regency and supporting informants are Puskesmas staff, and local village officials/heads. The results of in-depth interviews and observations of the main and supporting informants in accordance with the sub-focus of this study turned out to beIn understanding the concept of "New Normal", there is a misperception about the behavior of the "New Normal" itself, this happens because accurate information is not conveyed about how the behavior of "New Normal" is. As a result, housewives in Sukarejo Village, Simpang Kanan District, Aceh Singkil Regency assume that "New Normal" is a return to normal situations, the same as before the Covid-19pandemic. Efforts to straighten out the understanding of the "New Normal" have been carried out by the village government, puskesmas as well as health cadres in Sukarejo Village. In addition, during the COVID-19virus pandemic, we are required to apply good habits both at home and during activities outside the home, such as wearing masks, washing hands, prohibited from gathering and implementing a social distance of at least 1.5 meters.
