Faktor-Faktor Yang Berhubungan Dengan Terjadinya Kpd (Ketuban Pecah Dini) Pada Ibu Bersalin Di Pmb Desita, S.Sit Kecamatan Kota Juang Kabupaten Bireuen

Abstract

Latar Belakang : Ketuban Pecah Dini (KPD) merupakan salah satu penyebab Angka Kematian Ibu (AKI). Ketuban Pecah Dini pada ibu bersalin dapat meningkatkan infeksi juga menyebabkan sepsis yang dapat meningkatkan angka kematian ibu. Sekitar 85% kematian atau mortalitas perinatal disebabkan oleh Ketuban Pecah dini. Tujuan : Untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang berhubungan dengan terjadinya KPD pada ibu bersalin. Metode : Penelitian ini menggunakan survei analitik dengan pendekatan case control. Penelitian dilaksanakan di PMB Desita, S.SiT Kecamatan Kota Juang Kabupaten Bireuen. Populasi dalam penelitian ini seluruh ibu bersalin tahun 2022 dengan teknik pengambilan sampel secara purposive sampling sebanyak 32 ibu bersalin yang mengalami KPD dan 32 ibu bersalin yang tidak mengalami KPD. Data dianalisis secara univariat dan bivariat dengan menggunakan uji chi-Square pada taraf kepercayaan 95% (p < 0,05). Hasil : variabel umur ibu berhubungan dengan terjadinya KPD dengan nilai p-value = 0,009 dan OR = 0,151, variabel paritas berhubungan dengan terjadinya KPD dengan nilai p-value = 0,002 dan OR = 0,158, variabel pekerjaan berhubungan dengan terjadinya KPD dengan nilai p-value = 0,045 dan OR = 3,215, dan variabel anemia tidak berhubungan dengan terjadinya KPD dengan nilai p-value = 0,364 dan OR = 2,113. Kesimpulan : Ada hubungan umur ibu, paritas dan pekerjaan dengan terjadinya KPD serta tidak ada hubungan anemia dengan terjadinya KPD. Diharapkan pada ibu-ibu usia produktif agar lebih aktif dalam mencari dan menerima informasi tentang resiko dan komplikasi kehamilan yang dapat di timbulkan karena faktor usia ibu, paritas, pekerjaan serta anemia selama kehamilan sehingga angka kejadian KPD dapat ditekan.

Background : Premature Rupture of Membranes (KPD) is one of the causes of Maternal Mortality Rate (MMR). Premature rupture of membranes in mothers giving birth can increase infections and also cause sepsis which can increase maternal mortality. Approximately 85% of perinatal deaths or mortality are caused by premature rupture of membranes. Objective : To determine the factors associated with the occurrence of premature rupture of membranes in mothers giving birth. Method : This research uses an analytical survey with a case control approach. The research was carried out at PMB Desita, S.SiT, Kota Juang District, Bireuen Regency. The population in this study were all mothers who gave birth in 2022 using a purposive sampling technique of 32 mothers who gave birth who experienced KPD and 32 mothers who gave birth who did not experience KPD. Data were analyzed univariately and bivariately using the chi-square test at a confidence level of 95% (p < 0.05). Results : the maternal age variable is related to the occurrence of KPD with a p-value = 0.009 and OR = 0.151, the parity variable is related to the occurrence of KPD with a p-value = 0.002 and OR = 0.158, the employment variable is related to the occurrence of KPD with a p-value = 0.045 and OR = 3.215, and the anemia variable is not related to the occurrence of KPD with a p- value = 0.364 and OR = 2.113. Conclusion : There is a relationship between maternal age, parity and occupation with the occurrence of KPD and there is no relationship between anemia and the occurrence of KPD. It is hoped that mothers of productive age will be more active in seeking and receiving information about the risks and complications of pregnancy that can arise due to maternal age, parity, work and anemia during pregnancy so that the incidence of KPD can be reduced.
