Hubungan Pengetahuan Ibu dan Breastfeeding Father dengan Keberhasilan Asi Eksklusif di Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Juli II Kecamatan Juli Kabupaten Bireuen
Abstract
United Nations Children's Fund (UNICEF) and World Health Organization (WHO) menyarankan agar bayi baru lahir disusui secara eksklusif setidaknya selama 6 bulan untuk mencegah kematian anak. WHO menyampaikan bahwa hanya sebesar 38% cakupan ASI. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan pengetahuan ibu dan breastfeeding father dengan keberhasilan ASI ekslusif di Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Juli II Kabupaten Bireuen. Desain penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian analitik dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Pengambilan sampel dengan menggunakan proses pengumpulan data dengan menggunakan teknik kuota sampling sebanyak 38 responden. Pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Juli II Kabupaten Bireuen pada bulan Juni s/d Juli 2023. Dari hasil uji Chi-square dengan tingkat kepercayaan 95% (α = 0,05) hasil perhitungan menunjukkan nilai p (0,000) < α (0,05) berarti Ha diterima dan H0 ditolak dengan demikian didapatkan ada hubungan pengetahuan dengan keberhasilan ASI ekslusif. Dari hasil uji Chisquare dengan tingkat kepercayaan 95% (α = 0,05) hasil perhitungan menunjukkan nilai p (0,028) < α (0,05) berarti Ha diterima dan H0 ditolak dengan demikian didapatkan ada hubungan breastfeeding father dengan keberhasilan ASI ekslusif. Diharapkan agar bisa menjadi bahan masukan serta bahan evaluasi tentang efektivitas Breastfeeding father terhadap keberhasilan ASI ekslusif . Sebagai bahan informasi dan masukan kepada responden tentang bagaimana efektivitas breastfeeding father terhadap keberhasilanASI ekslusif. Sebagai bahan masukan terhadap ibu akan perlunya pengetahuan yang baik dan breastfeeding father yang baik sehingga terwujudnya pemberian ASI ekslusif.

The United Nations Children's Fund (UNICEF) and World Health Organization (WHO) recommend that newborn babies be exclusively breastfed for at least 6 months to prevent child death. WHO said that only 38% of breast milk coverage. This research was conducted with the aim of finding out the relationship between mother's and father's knowledge of breastfeeding with the success of exclusive breastfeeding in the Juli II Health Center Work Area, Bireuen Regency. The research design used is analytical research with a cross sectional approach. Samples were taken using a data collection process using a quota sampling technique of 38 respondents. Data collection uses a questionnaire. This research was conducted in the Juli II Health Center Work Area, Bireuen Regency from June to July 2023. From the results of the Chi-square test with a confidence level of 95% (α = 0.05), the calculation results show that the p value (0.000) < α (0.05) means Ha is accepted and H0 is rejected, thus it is found that there is a relationship between knowledge and the success of exclusive breastfeeding. Thus, it is found that there is a relationship between breastfeeding fathers and the success of exclusive breastfeeding. It is hoped that this can be used as input and evaluation material regarding the effectiveness of breastfeeding fathers on the success of exclusive breastfeeding. As information and input for respondents about the effectiveness of breastfeeding fathers on the success of exclusive breastfeeding. As input to mothers about the need for good knowledge and good breastfeeding fathers so that exclusive breastfeeding can be achieved.
