Analisis Motivasi Perawat dengan Pelaksanaan Discharge Planning di Ruang Rawat Inap Rumah Sakit Pertamedika Ummi Rosnati
Abstract
Permasalahan discharge planning tidak hanya terjadi di Indonesia tapi juga terjadi di dunia di mana Menurut World Health Organization (WHO) pada tahun 2020, permasalahan perencanaan pulang sudah lama menjadi permasalahan dunia. Data dunia melaporkan bahwa sebanyak 23% perawat australia tidak melaksanakan discharge planning, dan di inggris bagian barat daya juga menunjukan bahwa sebanyak 34% perawat tidak melaksanakan discharge planning. Tujuan Penelitian Mengidentifikasi Motivasi Perawat Dengan Pelaksanaan Discharge Planning Di Ruang Rawat Inap Rumah Sakit Pertamedika Ummi Rosnati. Metode kuantitatif dengan deskripsi korelasi melalui pendekatan Cross Sectional. Populasi dalam penelitian adalah perawat ruang rawat inap sebanyak 70. Teknik sampling yang digunakan adalah Total Sampling. Hasil penelitian terdapat Hubungan Motivasi Perawat Dengan Pelaksanaan Discharge Planning Di Ruang Rawat Inap Rumah Sakit Pertamedika Ummi Rosnati dengan nilai p = 0,002. Perawat menyarankan kepada res;onden agar dapat menjadi bahan pengetahuan tentang bagaimana motivasi perawat dalam pelaksanaan discharge planning ruang rawat di rumah sakit.

The problem of discharge planning does not only occur in Indonesia but also occurs in the world where according to the World Health Organization (WHO) in 2020, the problem of discharge planning has long been a world problem. World data reports that as many as 23% of Australian nurses do not carry out discharge planning, and in southwestern England also shows that as many as 34% of nurses do not carry out discharge planning. Research Objectives Identifying Nurses' Motivation by Implementing Discharge Planning in the Inpatient Room of the Pertamedika Ummi Rosnati Hospital. Quantitative method with a description of the correlation through the Cross Sectional approach. The population in this study were 70 inpatient nurses. The sampling technique used was Total Sampling. The results showed that there was a relationship between Nurse Motivation and the Implementation of Discharge Planning in the Inpatient Room of the Pertamedika Ummi Rosnati Hospital with p = 0.025. The nurse suggested to the respondent that it could become a source of knowledge about how the motivation of the nurse in carrying out discharge planning in the hospital ward.
